Biography:
Racket Shreve is a Salem, MA native who graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Illustration. He served in the Army as a field illustrator and then as graphic designer for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Upon discharge, and after extensive travel, Racket met with much sucess as a freelance illustrator in Boston. His work has been reproduced in Boston Magazine, Atlantic Monthly and Sail Magazine. He most recently illustrated Jim McAllister's book "Salem from Naumkeag to Witch City", which was published in May 2000.
